Who we are

Consultancy 4 Holiday cottages is property management consultancy run by Clive Edwards and Wendy Hawkins from our home in North Devon. Our daughter Holly who is experienced in PR and marketing works on a contract basis.

Before working in tourism Clive had a successful career in the RSPCA and Wendy was a Headteacher. During this time we both successfully invested in properties across the UK, and now instead of working to pay the mortgage, the mortgage works to pay us!

With 40 years combined experience in management, property lettings and marketing, we specialise in acting as Property Consultants helping people make informed decisions that will maximise the business potential of any holiday cottage or bed and breakfast business in the United Kingdom.

We are unique because we offer an absolutely bespoke Property Consultancy service, tailor made to your individual requirements.  We believe that business success can best be achieved by being with you from the start and understanding your business and lifestyle aspirations.
