This luxury house in Devon lets for 45 weeks a year. The house is much sought after as it both a luxury holiday let but also a small and intimate wedding venue. Highly unusual in the UK. Thus the house hits 2 lucrative markets, the top end luxury family holiday villa in the UK and the ever expanding wedding venue market. The house commands a unique place in the holiday letting trade. Shrewd marketing and well directed PR have seen this house achieve 45 weeks in the current season from a standing start in March 2006. Bookings for 2008 are already up on 2007.

Kathy approached us in the summer 2007 as she was not reaching her target market and bookings were thin. We enabled Kathy to define her vision of Romantic Breaks at One 4 Two, Bude. We worked together on a strategic marketing plan and commissioned a new website that hit her market. Within a month of her new website being online she was turning clients away. The level of interest has been sustained and she is booking all year round. Kathy is looking to expand her brand of romantic breaks to a site in Lindos Greece.
